Ingredients
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • Salt to taste
How To Prepare
  1. Preheat the oven to 200o C (392o F).
  2. Mix flour, water, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add in the cauliflower florets and coat them well with the batter.
  4. Spray with olive oil cooking spray. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Heat a pan and add the butter.
  6. Add the hot sauce and honey to the pan. Stir and cook for a minute.
