Fuse Daisoujou with Invigorate 3 in P3R

Daisoujou, a level 59 Hierophant Persona in Persona 3 Reload, excels in Light-based attacks and support with skills like Hamaon and Diarahan. Equipping it with **Invigorate 3**—which restores 7 SP per turn—makes it ideal for prolonged fights, stacking with lower tiers for sustained magic use.

Understanding Daisoujou’s Core Strengths

Daisoujou boasts balanced stats: Strength 33, Magic 49, Endurance 38, Agility 31, and Luck 42. Its innate skills include Hamaon (40% Light insta-kill on one foe), Diarahan (full HP restore for one ally), and Growth 3 (full EXP gain when inactive). It learns Samsara at level 60, Invigorate 3 at 61, Hama Boost at 63, and Null Dark at 65, enhancing its Light offense and Dark resistance.

This Persona shines in boss encounters within Tartarus, where SP conservation is crucial. Invigorate 3 automates recovery, allowing relentless spellcasting without items.

Unlocking the Velvet Room for Fusions

Access the Velvet Room early via Tartarus’ base or Paulownia Mall’s hidden alley. Here, fuse Personas to create stronger allies, inheriting skills based on levels and arcs.

• Normal fusions combine two Personas.
• Special fusions require specific recipes for unique results.
• Skill cards from Elizabeth or shuffling transfer abilities like Invigorate 3.

Primary Fusion Paths to Daisoujou

Daisoujou requires Hierophant Arcana combinations. Key pairs include:

For Invigorate 3, level Daisoujou to 61 or inherit via high-level parents.

Step-by-Step: Acquiring Invigorate 3 on Daisoujou

Invigorate 3 isn’t innate; Daisoujou learns it naturally at level 61. For earlier access:

1. Fuse a base Daisoujou using accessible mid-game Personas like Ose (Fool) + Lilim (Devil).
2. Level it in Tartarus or via Growth 3-equipped allies.
3. Alternatively, fuse parents with Invigorate skills: pair a level 61+ Persona carrying it (e.g., from prior fusions) with a Hierophant match.
4. Use Skill Inheritance: High Magic parents pass passives like Invigorate 3 (priority over attacks).

A reliable combo: Fuse Suzaku (learns similar regen skills) with Hecatoncheires or Hariti, then adjust for Invigorate via cards.

Advanced Recipe: Qitian Dasheng + Thunderbird Variant

For efficiency, adapt Regenerate 3 recipes (Elizabeth Request 72) to Invigorate. Qitian Dasheng (Tower, level 60+) + Thunderbird (Star, level 56+) yields Daisoujou with strong passives.

Get Qitian Dasheng:

Get Thunderbird: Fuse mid-game Star/Emperor pairs like Odin derivatives, ensuring level 56+ for skill pass-down.

Fuse these for Daisoujou inheriting SP/HP regen traits, then swap via cards if needed.

Elizabeth’s Fusion Requests Involving Daisoujou

Elizabeth tasks include Request 72: Daisoujou with Regenerate 3 (fuse Qitian Dasheng + Thunderbird for Blue Shorts reward). For Invigorate 3 (Request 24, Episode Aigis), similar paths apply—use high-level Hierophants.

• Availability: Post-October 6th, after Request 63.
• Rewards: Items like Blue Shorts boost fusion odds.
• Tip: Complete sequentially for compendium progress.

Optimizing Daisoujou’s Skill Set

Ideal build:

Replace Growth 3 post-leveling. Victory Cry (full HP/SP end-battle) pairs perfectly for endless Tartarus runs.

Tartarus Strategies with Invigorate Daisoujou

In late-game floors (80+), Daisoujou sustains the party:

• SP Management: Invigorate 3 + Spell Master = near-infinite casts.
• Weakness Exploit: Hamaon/Samsara clears Dark-weak shadows.
• Team Synergy: Pair with Dark-null leaders like Aigis; use Diarahan on tanks.
• Boss Tips: Against multi-foe superbosses, stack Light boosts.

Weaknesses: Resists Light/Physical, neutral to most; watch Ice vulnerabilities.

Skill Cards and Inheritance Mechanics

Elizabeth sells cards post-requests. Extract Invigorate 3 from leveled Personas (e.g., Daisoujou at 61), apply to fresh fuses. Inheritance favors passives from highest-level parent; boost Magic stat for reliability.

Episode Aigis expands options with Abyss of Time fusions.

Common Pitfalls and Fixes

• Level Mismatch: Ensure parents average 59+ for Daisoujou.
• Skill Lockout: Shuffle fuses if inheritance fails.
• Missing Personas: Grind Tartarus for rare summons like Thunderbird.
• Request Deadline: None for most, but prioritize for rewards.
