BitLife Pushing Roses Challenge Guide

BitLife captivates players with its text-based life simulation, where every decision shapes a virtual existence from cradle to grave. Among its rotating challenges, the Pushing Roses Challenge stands out for its gritty narrative, blending crime, fame, and redemption. This guide breaks down each requirement into actionable steps, drawing from proven strategies to ensure you complete it efficiently.

Understanding the Challenge Requirements

The Pushing Roses Challenge demands precision across five distinct tasks. Success hinges on timing, fame-building, and deliberate law-breaking. Here’s the core checklist:

• Start life as a female character born in Louisiana.
• Commit matricide—murder your mother—precisely at age 23.
• Serve a minimum of 10 years in prison.
• Author a memoir immediately after release.
• Enter into marriage within two years of prison release.

These steps create a storyline of infamy turning to celebrity, rewarding players with mystery prizes like cosmetics upon completion.

Step 1: Crafting the Perfect Origin Story

Your journey begins at character creation. Select female gender and choose a birthplace in Louisiana, such as New Orleans, to satisfy the first objective. This southern U.S. state sets the stage without additional hurdles.

From infancy, prioritize paths that boost **fame** and **smarts**. Enroll in literature, acting, or modeling during high school or university. These careers lay groundwork for the memoir phase. Alternatively, dive into social media as a blogger or influencer to rack up followers early. Aim for maximum smarts through rigorous studying—100% is ideal for career unlocks.

Maintain health and happiness moderately, but fame is paramount. By age 18, you should have a budding career trajectory.

Step 2: The Pivotal Crime at Age 23

Advance to exactly **age 23**. Under Activities > Crime, select Murder and target your **mother**. Opt for traceable methods like poison to guarantee arrest—stealthy kills risk evading capture, derailing the prison requirement.

Why age 23? It aligns perfectly with prison timelines for the 10-year sentence. Pre-murder fame ensures post-prison memoir viability. If mom predeceases naturally, restart—her survival is crucial.

Step 3: Securing a 10-Year Prison Term

Post-murder, conviction is likely, landing you in prison. Sentences vary, but aim for at least 10 years. If shorter or you dodge arrest, commit follow-up crimes like bank robbery under Crime—choose options ensuring capture.

Incarceration offers side opportunities: study for smarts, exercise for health, or befriend inmates. These don’t directly aid the challenge but enhance post-release life. Serve the full term without successful appeals to hit the decade mark precisely.

Step 4: Crafting Your Tell-All Memoir

Upon release, fame must be sufficient (typically 50%+ bar) to unlock Mind & Body > Write Book > Memoir. Your pre-crime career ensures this. Detail your life’s scandals—the game auto-generates content based on events.

If fame lags, grind acting gigs, influencer posts, or competitions beforehand. Memoirs sell best with notoriety, tying your infamy to literary success.

Fame isn’t just vanity in BitLife—it’s your ticket to post-prison achievements like memoirs.

Step 5: Swift Post-Prison Nuptials

Time is critical: within **two years** of freedom, use Relationships > Love to date, then propose marriage. Target compatible partners via dating apps or random encounters. Prioritize happiness and looks for acceptance.

Failure here voids completion—act in year one post-release. Divorce risks are low if matched well.

Advanced Strategies and Common Pitfalls

Challenges arise from RNG elements like arrests or fame thresholds. Restart if origins falter. Key pitfalls:

• Low Fame: Memoir fails—prioritize careers early.
• Wrong Sentence: Too short? Rob banks intentionally.
• Mom Dies Early: New life needed.
• Time Crunch: Marry fast; use multiple dating attempts.
